I tried these because I injured my foot and sometimes could not make it to the bathroom without some leakage. These fit well, worked well and gave me confidence that I would not pee through my clothes when I was out. They did not feel.bulky on. Did not show under clothing. I am.usually a medium and have a round rear end. My hips are 38.

These underwear are well made and do a good job of keeping you dry. I don't have a huge leaking problem, so for my purposes, they work just fine for leak protection. The only negative thing I'd say about them is that they are a little too thin. Still, they are comfortable.
